Considering the fact that these editions are from the same publisher Leaping Dog
this may perhaps mean the manufacturer of these games printed their own logo on
the lid for 2 of his customers.
Edition: Millionaire
Computer, without ref.
Publisher: Jumbo - 1995?
Dimensions of the box: 21.6 x 38.0 cm
The game:
The board is of soft carton with a blue
play side and a blue back. There are 29
numbered properties, who show national landmarks (?) on the board.
The properties are spreaded over 8 color groups, but it is not clear how
they go together. It appears from the property cards that the numbers 3 - 4 12 -
19 and 27 build up a group together. However the color is successively pink
- red - yellow
- light brown and again light
brown. The property cards are white and mention the rent that is subject to the
number of houses or number of properties. (Before they can be used they have to
be torn loose of a sheet) It is striking that at the space of Electric Company
(9) and Water Works (22) in this game is something similar!
In Jail is a "motocyclist" behind bars! By the way, you're not ORDERED
to go to Jail, but on the contrary BROUGHT to in a little car! On the Free
Parking space is now a Water power station.
There are 15 blue ATM-cards and 15 pink
STAR-cards. Everything still have to be torn loose.
The 6 tokens are colored pawns. The dice are very tiny
There are 25 (instead of 32) yellow
houses and but 8 (instead of 12) orange
hotels.
The money consists of single-sided printed banknotes with 6 values of
resp. 10 - 50 - 100 - 500 - 1000 and 5000 Bath. The illustration on the notes is
always the same dragonboat. At GO you receive 2000 Bath.
The innerbox is divided into 6 on a simple way with carton strips, to
store the accessories.
The price of this set amounted to Bath 69.- (~US$ 3.-) July 1998.

Publisher: Jumbo - 1995?
Dimensions of the box: 22.4 x 37.6 cm
The game:
This set is identifiable by the 6 children at an Automatic Teller
Machine on the cover.
The board is of soft carton with a yellow
play side and a redish brown back.
The 26 numbered properties are grouped in a circle on the board and show
a.o. pictures of buildings. The properties are spreaded over 5 color
groups, but it is not clear how they go together. It appears from the property
cards that the numbers 5 - 10 - 17 and 25 do NOT build up a group. Besides the
color is successively purple - yellow
- purple and yellow
again. The property cards are white and mention the rent that is subject to the
number of houses. (Before they can be used they have to be torn loose of a
sheet)
Jail shows is a little man behind bars but there are boxes also, a.o. a
first-aid kit! In the third corner a car accident has happened, reason why there
are first-aid things at the Jail!
On the Free Parking space now airplanes park.
There are but 30 yellow ATM-cards.
They still have to be torn loose.
The 6 tokens are colored pawns. The dice are a bit larger than those of
the previous set.
There are 25 (instead of 32) yellow houses
and but 8 (instead of 12) orange
hotels.
The money consists of single-sided printed banknotes with 6 values of
resp. 100 - 500 - 1000 - 5000 - 10,000 and 50,000 Bath. The illustration on the
notes is again the same dragonboat. At GO you receive 6000 Bath.
The innerbox is in the same way divided into 6 with carton strips as it
is in the other Jumbo game.
The price of this set amounted to Bath 69.- (~US$ 3.-) July 1998.
Edition: Multi
Millionaire, No.111
Publisher: SK Toys - "made in Thailand" - 1995?
Dimensions of the box: 22.0 x 37.7 cm
The game:
This set is identifiable by the 3 children on the lid.
The board is of soft carton with a multi-colored play side and a dark
green back. There are 29 numbered properties , who show
pictures of new buildings on the board. The properties are spreaded over 8
color groups, at which only the most expansive "street" is green.
However it is not clear how these properties are grouped. It appears from the
property cards that the numbers 3 - 4 - 12 - 19 and 27 build up a group. However
the color is successively pink - red - yellow
- yellow and light
brown. The property cards are white and mention the rent that is
subject to the number of houses or to the number of properties. (In this set the
cards are well cut loose.) It is striking that there is an Electric Company =
electricity pylon (9) and Water Works = water tower (22) in this game as well!
In Jail a frightened looking little rascal stands behind bars! He is running in
by a really very young policeman in the third corner! On the Free Parking space

sections.
The price of this set amounted to Bath 69.- (~US$ 3.-) July 1998.

Publisher: Inland make - 1995?
Dimensions of the box: 22.0 x 37.7 cm
The game:
This set shows a group of 8 rich children on the lid again.

and "Community Chest"-cards, are exactly the same!
The price of this set amounted to Bath 69.- (~US$ 3.-) July 1998.

This game looks very much like a modern issue of Thai Monopoly, ref. 2530, but
in that case Leaping Dog would now be S.R. Products!?
The price of this set amounted to Bath 69.- (~US$ 3.-) July 1998.
Edition:
Thailand edition, standard box Ref. 00009/763
Publisher: Hasbro, Pawtucket, USA - 2005
Dimensions of the box: 27.0 x 40.0 x 5.5 cm
of the board: 25.4 x 25.4 cm
The game:
This edition is from the collection of Roland Klose - D.
This
is Hasbro's first edition in this country,
at which it apparently was no longer necessary to show the Parker logo on the
box as was use till so far. However, Parker is mentioned yet in the text. It is
striking that the red bar, both on the lid
as on the game board, looks different from what we are accustomed to. Besides,
underneath the bar on the board its only said "Property Trading Game from Parker
Brothers", of course in Thai as well, without any mention of a copyright.
The number 763, next to number 00009 for the standard version, is the country
number for Thailand.
The game is that standard that ieven t's back is light
blue. Mr. Monopoly, from the red
bar as well as from the funny illustrations on the cards, does not yet deserve
this name, because his bow tie is not red,
as is the case in other countries since
2000, but simply colorless. Consequently this means he still is Rich Uncle Pennybags
in Thailand.
The innerbox is of soft, white plastic and has 10 holes, to be used by
the banker as Banker's tray.
The Chance- and Community
Chest cards are richely illustrated.
The banknotes are printed in black on colored paper, in the
denominations 100 (black on white) - 500 - 1,000
- 2,000 - 5,000
- 10,000 and 50,000
฿ (Baht). Also on these banknotes the Parker engine has been replaced by
the Thailand train.
The 11 tokens of this edition are: car - wheelbarrow - dog - canon -
moneybag - iron - hat - ship - rider-on-rocking-horse - shoe and thimble.
The houses and hotels
are of plastic, do have a centric chimney and overhanging roofs.
The properties are not only from Bankok but from other cities and areas in the
country as well.
From Go onwards they are:

Edition:
The
fortune of Millionaire
Publisher: Inland manufacturer - ±2005
Dimensions of the box: 22.3 x 40.2 cm.
Het spel:
This issue was discovered in 2011 by Jacqueline Janssen - Alkmaar - NL.
The game board has a
yellow playside
and a green back. There are 29
numbered propperties, on the board provided with a picture.
From them it may perhaps be concluded the properties to be from Bankok (=กรุงเทพมหานคร,
pronounce: Krung Thep Maha Nakhon).
The color groups (always 2 per side) are: 1
- 2 and 5 -
6 - 7
<> 8 - 10
- 11 and 13
- 14
- 15<>
16 - 17 - 18
and 20 - 21
- 23 <> 24 -
25 - 26 and
28
- 29.
There are 4 "station spaces", but they are for sure no stations.
At Go you receive 2000 Baht.
The pictures on the corner spaces of the board are striking:
1. The rascal, a poor imitation of Mr.Monopoly, with a fat head,
is clubbed to jail by the police. A red
arrow suggests he may leave.
2. On the "Free parking" space is a shadowy snorkeller.
3. On the 3rde corner is a policeman grabbing the
rascal at his feet and dragging him across the board to jail, according to
the red arrow.
The
cards belonging to this set are light
blue with
1 column showing rents for 1 to 4 houses.
The back is blank.
There are 74(+2 blank) light
blue cards who most probably have to be equally divided as a
kind of Chance (the image of a wheel of fortune on the Go corner) and Community
Chest cards (a color picture on the Free Parking corner).
The 6 tokens
consist of plastic figures and are respectively car - beaker - elephant (white) - rabbit - rabbit and a bear. Note that 4 of the 6 tokens are charms (given the eylets) similar
to the official story from Parker
Brothers as if Charles B. Darrow would have choosen these tokens, because
his wife had a bracelet with such charms.)
There are 8 white hotels and 24
yellow
houses.
The money consists of one side printed banknotes in
6 denominations of resp. 10 – 50 - 100 - 500 - 1000 en 5000 Baht.
The image on the notes is always the same.
The innerbox is
divided a simple manner with pink
paper into 6 boxes to store the accessories.
The Rules are, like in most cases with games of inland manufacture,
printed on the inside of the cover, which
is very practical because the can not be lost.
The dice are white and slightly smaller than usual with a big red
dot as one, and a red
four, the so-called Chinese dice.
It appears from a sticker on the lid of the box that this edition was bought at
the Krungdeb co-op in Bankok for the price of Bath 56,-.
